In Santa Fe currently Medlin Mechanical with the help of Positive Energy LLC has installed systems in five homes that are Net Zero Homes. Three of those dwellings are retrofit installation and two are new construction. One of the new construction home is the 2009 Haciendas Green Build Award Winner.
